This charcoal can be used by brown, hazel brown and green eyes as an eyebrow color. Can also be used by anyone as an eyeliner. Dust a lighter color around the eyeliner to bring out the eyes. If you have brown eyes, use Dazed (10) and if you have blue eyes, use Hopeful (3).
