Achieve perfect skin with this alcohol-free skin toner. Alcohol dries the skin which harms it more than it helps it. This skin toner is formulated to remove the alkaline residue left on your skin by water, thereby lowering the pH level to 5.5 – which is “perfect skin.” Since this toner does not contain any alcohol, it can be used to cleanse your eyelids and as a remedy for tired or swollen eyelids (instead of your cucumber slices). This versatile product, when put in a spray bottle, can be used to relieve sun burnt skin, tired burning feet or the effects of razor burn.
